TSMC to work with Taiwan institutions
Abstract:
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and three local academic institutions are co-developing magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM), a next-generation memory technology that retains data when power is turned off and has a fast write-speed, according to the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in a September 2 forum in Taipei.
