Nanoelectronics Course at UCSC Extension
Abstract:
Topics include CMOS scaling, nanofabrication, quantum electronics, single-electron and carbon-nanotube devices, spintronics, molecular electronics, interconnect issues, new storage devices and optoelectronic integrated circuits. This course is intended for engineers, computer scientists and other technology professionals who want to learn about current development in nanoelectronics. August 21, 2004.
