Tiny tubes a big deal at LSI
Abstract:
LSI Logic hopes to speed into a future of faster, smaller and more capable computer chips through a joint research project on carbon nanotubes at its Gresham manufacturing plant. The company is providing manufacturing research and development for a Massachusetts-based startup, Nantero, that is creating a new kind of computer memory using carbon nanotubes.
