Texas Instruments Extends IMEC Relationship
Abstract:
Expanding a 12-year relationship with IMEC, a leading independent nanoelectronics and nanotechnology research center, Texas Instruments Incorporated today announced it is becoming a core member of the sub-45nm CMOS research program. The move to core membership grows the total number of programs TI will participate in and provides TI with access to IMEC's new 300mm research facility being inaugurated today.
