Intel exec mulls what comes after five more years of flash
Abstract:
Flash memory, in its EPROM tunnel oxide and NAND variants, still has more than five years as the key mainstream non-volatile memory, but a race is on to find the memory technology that can scale to sub-45-nanometer manufacturing processes, according to Stefan Lai, vice president of the technology and manufacturing group at Intel Corp.
