New technology available at Centennial Campus
Abstract:
N.C. State can add another first to its long history of firsts. The Triangle National Lithography Center (TNLC), the first teaching nanotechnology center in the country, held a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday on Centennial Campus. The center is a collaboration between NCSU, UNC-Chapel Hill and industry leaders, including Dupont. It will primarily focus on nanofabrication, which is the fabrication of very small items, such as computer chips. (Ed. Note: see our Academic Programs directory for 350 other programs)
