Enzymes etch out surfaces
Abstract:
Researchers at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel have used an enzyme to etch out depressions in a protein surface. The team says this is the first example of enzyme-based negative nanolithography - lithography where material is removed rather than added.
