Unlocking Mysteries of the Nanoscale
Abstract:
The fastest, most powerful, and smallest computers and sensors ever built will be possible through materials developed to enable the use of the electron’s spin, as well as its charge. From "spintronics" to the magnetic properties of nanostructures, to "spontaneous electronic-phase separation on the nanometer scale in transition metal oxides (TMOs)."
