Fujitsu to release system LSI with 90-nanometer circuit width
Abstract:
Two Stories: Fujitsu Ltd on Thursday started a marketing campaign for integrated circuit chips that would allow businesses to develop mobile phones with which users could converse continually for six hours without needing to recharge the handset. And: Colossal Storage Corp. uses a spatial light modulator (SLM) made from ferroelectric lithium niobate which writes one complete page of data at a time.
