Experiments with Schottky Barrier Could Benefit Semiconductors
Abstract:
Researchers from Oak Ridge National Laboratory, North Carolina State University and the University of Tennessee have demonstrated the ability to make atomic-level changes in the functional components of semiconductor switches, which could lead to huge changes in the semiconductor industry.
