CTOs look to EDA cooperation for 65-nm work

Abstract:
On Monday Ted Vucurevich, senior vice president in Cadence Design's Office of the Chief Technology Officer, said that at 65 nm and below, statistical analysis of processes will become paramount, and "manufacturing in design" will be as important as "design for manufacturing".
