Tera Tech's Final Frontier?
Abstract:
Using a silicon-germanium-based nanostructure represents a new approach to terahertz technology, says Rensselaer physics professor Ingrid Wilke. "It possibly can be better integrated with silicon-based integrated circuits [than germanium alone]."
