Moto lab builds 4-Mbit 'nanocrystal' memory
Abstract:
Using conventional silicon deposition techniques, Motorola engineers have built a 4-Mbit nonvolatile memory based on small islands of silicon measuring 50 angstroms in diameter. [more on earlier story]
