Nanotech May Give Lenses and Mirrors New Shine
Abstract:
Scientists say that nano-engineered mirrors could be used in lithography, to shape the light beams used to etch transistors onto silicon chips. Optical switching and signal attenuation in telecommunications are other possible applications.
