SPIE speaker to predict the end of Moore's Law
Abstract:
At the SPIE Microlithography conference later this month, the keynote speaker at the event will make the latest predication for a pressing question in the semiconductor industry: When will Moore's Law end? In an SPIE keynote address entitled, "The end of the semiconductor industry as we know it," lithography expert and KLA-Tencor Inc. executive Chris Mack is expected to discuss the drivers behind Moore's Law, and when the popular axiom will come to a "crashing halt."
