Researchers Announce World's Smallest Switch
Abstract:
Nanosys exec Stephen Empedocles is upbeat about the future of the BDT switch. "It is more a question of when, rather than if, this technology will eventually reach the commercial market," he said. "When it does, it will be an extremely powerful thing indeed."
