New journal invites manuscripts in Nanotechnology: Plant Science Today (PST), a new open access journal, is launching in January 2014

Thiruvananthapuram, India | Posted on November 13th, 2013

This journal serves as a platform that fosters new applications for all researchers engaged in research and development in these fields. All publications are open access in full text and free to download. PST will play an important role in plant science in the future. We use traditional review process which would help to weed out shoddy research papers.

The journal is now open for manuscript submission that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence, and will publish Original articles (research paper, short communications, etc), Review articles, opinions, Conference reports, Book reviews, etc. We particularly invites papers in interface areas like Nanotechnology, Forensic science, etc.

Those who wish to submit manuscripts to this journal may first review the 'About the Journal' page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step submission process.

The journal has a truly international Editorial Team from many countries (see image). Researchers with excellent track record can still join if their country is not represented in the Team.

Author Fees - Not required for many countries: If a manuscript is accepted for publication, one will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover part of our expenses — including those of peer review, journal production, and online hosting and archiving. But researchers from many countries are exempted from paying full fees or are allowed to pay only half. The journal offers to waive or further reduce the payment required of authors who cannot pay the full amount charged for publication, remains in effect. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
