Abstract:
AKHAN Technologies, Inc, the leader in advanced diamond electron device design, today announced that its Chief Executive Officer Adam Khan will be giving an oral presentation entitled "On Enabling Nanocrystalline Diamond for Device Use: Novel Ion Beam Methodology and the Realization of Shallow N-type Diamond" at the Nanostructured Carbon Materials for MEMS/NEMS and Nano-Electronics Symposium (1B) at the forthcoming XXI International Materials Research Congress 2012.
The conference, hosted by the Materials Research Society (MRS) and the Sociedad Mexicana de Materials A.C., is set to take place August 12-17, 2012, in Cancun, Mexico. The stated purpose of the symposium is to bring together experts from academia, national laboratories, and industry to discuss the latest developments in the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured carbon materials, which are specifically geared towards the development of advanced micro/nanosystems and nanoelectronic devices.
