Moscow, Russia | Posted on December 29th, 2011

The ProIMAGE Contest is coming to an end. Now we have TOP-10 of November and the winner of the month!

NT-MDT congratulates Mrs. Alisa Krasnova (Chuvash State University, Russia)! Her AFM-image «Nano-frost» collected 2377 votes and became the winner of the month.

Mrs. Alisa Krasnova graduated from the Chuvash State University. She is a coordinator of Youth Resource Center at the faculty of Applied Mathematics, Physics and Information Technology, and a Chairman of the Students' Society of the faculty. The main directions of Alisa's research are electro-optical properties of the binary films and synthesis of metal selenides. At the scan we can see the exfoliation of the linear carbon chain on the silicon surface after the heat treatment.

NT-MDT congratulates the winner! Mrs. Alisa Krasnova will receive $1000 certificate!

Our congratulations to the finalists! All the scans you can see on www.ntmdt-tips.com.

The second stage of the contest will be in January 2012. The jury will choose the TOP-3 and the winners of the ProIMAGE Contest will get:

USD 3000 (First prize)
USD 2000 (Second prize)
USD 1000 (Third prize)
