Paterson has plans for 'new economy'
Abstract:
Gov. David Paterson announced Monday a matching grant program that will provide 10 cents in state funds for every federal stimulus dollar awarded to the New York research facilities.
There are also opportunities for federal stimulus grants in the areas of smart-grid, biosciences and health-care, stem-cell, information technology and nanotechnology research.
