Axiom Capital Management and Scott Livingston today announced that the Third Annual Axiom Capital Management "Livingston Nanotechnology Conference" will feature an afternoon keynote presentation by Henry Kelly, President of the Federation of American Scientists and Senior Advisor to Hillary Clinton for Science and Technology Policy.
