NanoComposites Inc. (NCI) Chief Executive Officer Barry Drayson will speak at the Small Times NanoCon International conference and trade show (NanoCon 2007) on Wednesday, November 14, in Santa Clara, California. Drayson will participate in a keynote panel session entitled Nanomaterials Manufacturing - Scaling, Cost & Quality from 9:55 - 11:15 a.m.

His remarks will address the challenges companies face in producing nanotechnology materials and ensuring product quality, cost containment and manufacturing efficiency while meeting customer requirements and development deadlines.

"I appreciate the opportunity to speak at NanoCon 2007 conference," said Drayson. "I am looking forward to sharing real-life perspectives on how companies can improve their production times, obtain and retain scientific and corporate partners, develop and implement a growth strategy, manage risks associated with finance and liquidity and adapt to changing customer requirements."

Drayson has been involved in the early growth stages of four startup companies and has twenty five years‚ experience in the identification, analysis, negotiation and management of strategic partnerships, the majority of which still exist today.

He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of NanoHoldings, LLC, an investment company with a current portfolio of 14 nanotechnology companies. He has served as CEO of NCI since 2004, when he co-founded the company.
