Abstract:
Mr. Sylvain Cofsky, Director General of NanoQuébec, is proud to announce the signing of a historic Quebec-Japan nanotechnology development agreement. The agreement will be signed at a ceremony on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.
Mr. Cofsky, NBCI secretary general Mr. Watari and MDEIE assistant deputy
minister Mr. Bouilhac will each say a few words starting at 6 p.m.
