Abstract: Managing a Patent Portfolio. This session will discuss portfolio structure and prioritization. It will help you identifying future winners, determine the business value of your IP, and balance the trade-off between strong protection and IP protection costs. It will wrap up with a discussion of evaluating effective cost/benefit analyses.
