SAN CLEMENTE, CA | Posted on September 9th, 2007

Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI Nanotechnology), global developer and exclusive licensor of patented hydrophobic nanotechnologies, announced today the execution of sales representation agreements with Aronoff and Associates, a leading manufacturers' representative organization in the Mid-Atlantic Region servicing the glass and glazing industry and De Gorter, Inc., a leader in the sales and service of glass processing equipment in the Southeastern US since 1969.

Aronoff and Associates will serve as DFI's sales representative in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, the District of Columbia, and eastern Pennsylvania while De Gorter, Inc. will represent DFI in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, northern California and Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico, officially the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is a self-governing unincorporated territory of the United States and is subject to U.S. trade laws and restrictions.

Adam Zax, President and CEO of DFI Nanotechnology, explained: "These new additions to our existing sales team represent our emphasis to aggressively expand in the US market; we are pleased to have these two reputable organizations represent our products in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions."

Arthur Aronoff, President of Aronoff and Associates, commented: "I am very excited about the addition of Diamon-Fusion International to the companies we represent. DFI will be the perfect complement to the quality products we market in the Mid-Atlantic region."

Peter De Gorter, Vice President and Principal of De Gorter, Inc., stated: "We are thrilled to be associated with such an innovative company as Diamon-Fusion International. As always, we are glad to be able to offer our clients the latest in glass technologies, which this association will allow."
