Rs 100 cr nanopark in Bangalore
Abstract:
Karnataka would soon come up with the country's first nanopark here at a cost of Rs 100 crore, a senior official said today.
The government has shortlisted four 15-acre plots between Nagawara and Jakkur here for the purpose, Secretary in the Department of IT, BT, Science & Technology, M N Vidyashankar, said.
He said an advisory committee, headed by eminent scientist C N R Rao, would finalise the location for the research and application-oriented nanopark, which is expected to be a hub of such activities in the country.
