Nanotechnology-based sandstone protection using Nanoprotect CS from Nanotec

Abstract:
Nanoprotect CS from Nanotec is a one component, water-based, nanotechnology surface treatment which creates a water and dirt repellent surface to protect concrete, natural and engineered stone.

Water runs off easily from the treated surface and dirt particles are washed off by rain, or when rinsed with water.

Nanoprotect CS has effectively been used to prevent sandstone deterioration in beachfront environments.
