Abstract:
The Johns Hopkins University Institute for NanoBioTechnology will host a booth at the National Research Conference of the Historically Black Colleges & Universities Undergraduate Program (HBCU-UP) at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC, Oct. 4-7.

The HBCU-UP Conference is a national gathering of more than 700 students and faculty working together to enhance the quality of undergraduate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education and research at the nation's historically black colleges and universities. At the conference, students will be presenting research in more than seven STEM disciplines.

INBT's education program coordinator Ashanti Edwards will be located at table 39 with information about the Johns Hopkins University INBT training programs in nanobiotechnology; the NanoBio IGERT and NBMed programs for graduates; and the research experience program in nanotechnology for biology and medicine for undergraduates.
