Neuftec Limited, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica, today issued a statement in response to the announcement made by Oxonica PLC on 12 th July 2007 relating to the ongoing legal dispute between Oxonica Energy Limited & Neuftec Limited.

Neuftec are in consultation with their international legal team relating to the inaccuracies riddled throughout the statement and will be issuing a detailed press release shortly.
