Nanotech experts launch big push
Abstract:
A UK Nanotechnology Task Force will be launched today in a bid to push research in nanotechnology - the science of the ultra-small - higher up the government priority list, and get the government to change its strategy over research funding. Ian Gibson, the Labour MP who will chair the taskforce said: "Nanotechnology will be the next industrial revolution, but if the UK wants to be a major part of it, the government needs to demonstrate commitment to the science."
