Abstract:
Molecular Imprints, Inc. (MII), the leader in nano-imprint lithography, announced that it has elected Edward C. Grady, President and Chief Executive Officer at Brooks Automation, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Grady brings a wealth of experience to MII and our Board with over 30 years of experience in strategic marketing sales, product marketing and operations management.
Prior to joining Brooks Automation, Mr. Grady ran several divisions at KLA-Tencor, served as president and CEO of Hoya Micro Mask and was vice president of worldwide sales at Monsanto/MEMC where he started his career. Mr. Grady currently serves on the Board of Brooks Automation Inc. (BRKS), Evergreen Solar (ESLR), Integrated Materials Inc. and New Wave Research.
