NETZSCH’s Laboratory Circulation Machine to be Presented at NSTI Nanotech 2007

Santa Clara, CA | Posted on May 16th, 2007

NETZSCH Fine Particle Technology will exhibit its MiniCer, as well as a poster presentation, "Grinding and Dispersion Equipment for Nano Scale Applications," at the NSTI Nanotech 2007 conference.

The compact, universally applicable MiniCer, a ZETA®-wet grinding system with improved centrifugal separation, enables the metal-free fine grinding of high-quality products. It is suitable for continuous passage, circulation, and enclosed batch operation. All grinding chamber parts of the MiniCer are coolable and made of wear-resistant zirconium oxide. It is equipped with a double acting mechanical seal and an adjustable hose pump. A tilting grinding tank allows easy handling of the grinding media, even as small as 0.05 - 2mm.

The poster presentation article focuses on production processes and equipment selection for nanoparticles. Author, Harry Way, technical director for NETZSCH, will be present at the poster session on Tuesday, May 22. "Grinding and Dispersion Equipment for Nano Scale Applications" will be published in the conference technical proceedings distributed on-site via CD and through the international book trade.
