Abstract:
Diaz said typically the ARC can only fund around $400,000 for county projects, which would give hope to the top six on the list: Frostburg's combined sewer elimination program at $150,000; Frostburg State University nanotechnology lab at $96,000; ACM's work force training in mathematics and English at $35,000; FSU's pilot program for biodiesel for local farms at $30,000; ACM's work force training in science at $15,000; and FSU's chemical analysis of coal and shale reserves at $100,000.
