Ecoprogress Patent Approved

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-CANADA | Posted on May 10th, 2007

Mr. John Banks reports:

We are pleased to report that Consolidated Ecoprogress has received confirmation that a patent for Canada has been granted for a 'flushable water absorbent composite' patent number 2212445.

The patent demonstrates the continued focus on formalizing and building the Flushaway intellectual property.

The Company is currently working with Quartek Corporation to implement new nanotechnology materials, reduce product cost and simplify manufacturing.

The patent approval process requires that the patent is published for other parties to review and, if they have concerns, to object. Provided there are no objections and an adjudication is positive the patent is granted.

FlushawayTM pads and liners are now carried in K-Mart in the US, and Coles and Priceline in Australia. Product is also available in South Africa, the US Marines Corps worldwide and Bonjour in Hong Kong.

Ecoprogress is diligently working on becoming a lead player in environmentally friendly, absorbent and plastic replacement products. Its first branded product, FlushawayTM, provides women with the choice of a flushable feminine hygiene product.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

John Banks, CEO and President
