ORA Capital to raise 34.7 mln stg ahead of AIM debut on April 17

Abstract:
ORA Capital Partners PLC said it plans to raise 34.7 mln stg by placing 100 mln shares at 120 pence each, giving it a market capitalisation of 120 mln stg, ahead of its listing on AIM on April 17.

The company operates in the UK and will have four significant businesses which comprise BankOra Ltd, a majority owned corporate finance and broking subsidiary, Nanoco Tech PLC, a Manchester based nanotechnology business, and Kanyon PLC and Oxeco PLC.
