Abstract:
Sigma-Aldrich (Nasdaq:SIAL), a leading $1.8 billion Life Science and High Technology company, is
pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Nanocor, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of AMCOL International Corp. (NYSE: ACO), to distribute Nanomer(R) montmorillonite nanoclays globally. Potential uses of the Nanomer nanoclays include development of ultra-strong, flame retardant
and chemically resistant plastics.

Sigma-Aldrich Signs Agreement With Nanocor, Inc. to Distribute Nanomer(R) Nanoclays

Under the terms of the agreement, Sigma-Aldrich will market and
distribute research quantities (less than 1 kg) of six Nanomer(R) nanoclays
through the Sigma-Aldrich Materials Science initiative of its Research
Specialties business.

and significantly expand the choice of materials that scientists and
engineers can use to develop cutting-edge technologies and applications,"

agreement is aimed to make our products available to many researchers
