Abstract:
Keithley Instruments, Inc. The handbook is divided into five main sections, and each section includes tutorials on making ultra-low voltage and low power measurements on nanoscale devices. Topics include:

* Making accurate low-current, low-power, and low-resistance measurements and recognizing potential sources of error
* Electronic transport characteristics of gallium nitride nanocircuits
