Panorama Labs, the company pioneering magneto-photonic crystal technology, announced today that renowned nanotechnology expert Stephen O'Brien has joined the company's advisory board. He will advise the company on new fabrication techniques, as well as support R&D efforts for Panorama Labs' proprietary technologies.

O'Brien brings an extensive scientific background to Panorama Labs with expertise in nanotechnology related to materials science and engineering, materials chemistry, and applied physics. He is an Associate Professor of Materials, Science and Engineering at Columbia University, where he also leads a research group that focuses on the application of materials synthesis techniques for the development of new materials of technological importance and scientific interest, such as carbon nanotubes and semiconductor nanoparticles.
