UK Genetics looking for partners in India
Abstract:
UK Genetics, an arm of the UK's National Health Service (NHS), is looking for a partner in India to set up a fully-integrated genetic centre to carry on research work in genetics.
Initially, the role of UK Genetics will be restricted to technology and knowledge transfer only. The organisation has a very strong base in genetics and nanotechnology. "We might think of investments from our side after the centre takes off well and starts providing returns," said Dr Elles.
