Abstract:
Neil Kane, president of Advanced Diamond Technologies, Inc. (ADT), the world leader in developing and applying diamond films for industrial, electronic, mechanical, and medical applications, will blog his freshman account as a 2007 Technology Pioneer at the World Economic Forum's (Forum) Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, for FastCompany.com from January 25-28, 2007.
"I'm thrilled to be in Davos sharing the stage with 2,000 of the world's foremost political and business leaders," said Kane. "As a former Fast Company Fast 50 I am honored to have the opportunity to blog my first-hand account of the Forum's Annual Meeting for FastCompany.com and its readers."
ADT is one of the 47 of this year's 2007 Technology Pioneers selected by the Forum, 27 of which are US-based firms, and ADT is the first diamond company to receive this distinguished honor. Judges used six criteria in selecting the winners: innovation, potential impact, growth and sustainability, proof of concept, leadership, and status.
