SRI International to Establish Center for Advanced Drug...
Abstract:
SRI International, an independent, nonprofit research institute, will establish its new Center for Advanced Drug Research in the Rockingham Center for Research and Technology in Rockingham County, Va. SRI's Center for Advanced Drug Research, called CADRE, will partner with James Madison University and other Virginia institutions in its research efforts. SRI also plans to add other high-technology programs in areas such as homeland security, engineering, nanotechnology, energy, information technology and education at this site. By the end of the first 10 years of operation, the project will create more than 100 new jobs with an average annual compensation of $85,000.
