This morning, in the presence of numerous members of the innovation community, Premier Jean Charest and the minister of economic development, innovation and export trade, Mr. Raymond Bachand,
unveiled Quebec's new research and innovation strategy for 2007-2010, entitled Québec innovant et prospère (An innovative and prosperous Quebec).
