Mr. Bruno's civics lesson
Abstract:
At the College of Saint Rose last week, Mr. Bruno pointed to the nanotechnology research center at the University at Albany and a planned computer chip plant in Saratoga County. "Think that's a coincidence?" he asked? "That happened because as majority leader I sit at a table and it, three men in a room, works pretty well."
