Patents on nanotech devices may slow progress
Abstract:
Christine Peterson: First, the good news. Here’s an update on the nanoactuator work reported previously. Not much new technical info, but new thoughts on cool applications. Depending on how broad the nanoactuator patent is, this could inhibit progress in nanodevices, which would be a very bad thing.
