CNR warns of trouble for science in India

Abstract:
Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister C N R Rao said that science in India faced many problems. The country would be in serious trouble in the next five years if it did not do anything to address the problems, he warned.

Speaking after receiving Y T Thathacari Award here on Wednesday, he said that China was far ahead in many ways and particularly in nanoscience and nanotechnology.
