Global bio-nanotech company pSivida Limited (NASDAQ:PSDV)(ASX:PSD)(Xetra:PSI) has announced the resignation of Ms. Heather Zampatti from the Board of Directors. Ms Zampatti was appointed a Non-executive Director based in Perth in January 2006.
