Northwestern adds to its Imago microscope

Abstract:
Imago Scientific Instruments, a Madison-based provider of atom probe tomographic microscopes and nanotechnology solutions, has added another piece, the Laser Pulse module, to its LEAP 3000X microscope at Northwestern University.
