Dr. David Lemberg, Executive Producer of "Science and Society" announces the show schedule for Wednesday, 05/03/06, 1PM to 2PM Pacific.
Of particular interest to Nanotechnology Now readers are interviews with:
- Dr. Carole Banka, Associate Professor of Vascular Biology and Cancer, and Director, Women’s Health Research, La Jolla Institute for Molecular Medicine
- Dr. Kristin Kulinowski, Director, International Council on Nanotechnology, and Executive Director for Education and Public Policy, Center for Biological and Environmental Nanotechnology, Rice University
- Dr. Michael Bockstaller, Assistant Professor, Materials Science and Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University
Dr. Banka will discuss the Innovations in Women’s Health Research Program, emphasizing obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
