Abraxis BioScience to Acquire Manufacturing Complex from Pfizer
Abstract:
Abraxis BioScience, Inc. (NASDAQ:ABBI), an integrated, global biopharmaceutical company, today announced that Abraxis and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) have entered into a definitive purchase agreement whereby Abraxis will purchase Pfizer's Cruce Davila manufacturing facility in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico.
