Promoting economies of minuscule scale
Abstract:
On Wednesday, two Rutgers University experts in the emerging field of nanotechnology -- Eric Garfunkel, a professor of chemistry, and Yves Chabal, who heads the laboratory for surface modification -- will outline for state legislative staffers and lawmakers why investing state funds in research and development in this area will have long-term payoffs.
